What methods can be used to send reminders?

FlowBookings currently only supports email reminders.

Will customers receive multiple reminders for their upcoming bookings?

The email reminder can be sent for bookings that are: Approved, Pending, Canceled, Rejected, or Upcoming within the next 24 hours.

Can I track whether customers received or opened their reminders?

Currently, FlowBookings does not have the capability to track whether a customer has received or opened their reminder emails.

Why am I not receiving reminder notifications for my bookings?

Please check if admin email notifications are enabled in the Email Customizer settings. Also, check the promotions tab or your spam folder. If you're still not receiving email notifications, please reach out to us at support@flowbookings.io.
